actually I already see this falling down the guru.com path. People underbidding to win the job. Seriously, someone offered to "create" web banners for $3 each. They wanted 11, so he'll spend 2 hrs at least and make $33. Good luck paying rent.

Yet no one came into the benefit of having those yellow stars next to his username. They appear after you've been rated the first time.
No one will pick the cheaper one if he hasn't a good rating.
