Currently, there is no way to submit resume.
You (and other users) could tell us what you have in mind, so we can add such a feature.

Basically it's 2 basic things:
1) Ability to paste resume text
2) Ability to show/hide resume

That sounds like a "Describe yourself" text, which appears on your personal page...

We have added a feature:
You can submit a profile text which can contains links. That way you can describe yourself, link to your resume etc.

Create an RSS list on the right of topics for resumes. Have a selection list dropdown at the top of each list for available states.
left column - jobs. Right column - resumes.
All organized by user-defined keywords

It would be nice to be able to put a list of tags in one personal page and get a feed of offers matching these tags. Should have at least a simple AND/OR syntax.
