Document Delivery Technician
timeframe: Full or Part Time
Job Description:
The Document Delivery Technician is responsible for fulfilling document delivery requests. This includes receiving, entering, sourcing, filing and delivering document orders for seven J & J client accounts.
Requirements:
* 2-4 years previous library experience; working knowledge of various library operations, strong customer service orientation.
* Knowledge of current trends, practices and developments in library services and information retrieval.
* Proven experience working in an automated library environment, proficiency with the Internet and desktop software. Proficiency in various library based software programs.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven ability to develop and maintain positive client relationships.
* Proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
* Strong organizational skills, ability to be detail oriented.
* Some college preferred.
