Websphere Migration

JOB DESCRIPTION (High Level):

- Migrate three Websphere CommerceSuite (WCS) applications from CS version 5.1 to CS 5.6 or later. (WCS 5.1 includes Websphere Application Server (WAS) 3.5.x, IBM DB2 UDB 7.1, and Payment Manager (version unknown). WCS 5.6 includes WAS 5.x, DB2 8.1, and a newer version of Payment Manager). Developer would be responsible for analysis of the current application, building and testing the application in the new environment, and documenting the application.

- Help build an application development competency in-house. Developer would be responsible for application development, leading development projects, and assisting the Sales function in the bid process.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:
- Websphere 5.x

IMPORTANT:
- Websphere 3.x or 4.x
- Some knowledge or experience with DB2
