PURPOSE: The main role of the Sr. Recruitment Associate will be to coordinate and execute on defined roles of the outsourcing model in the sales organization. Outside of the defined outsourcing relationship, you will manage full lifecycle recruitment for field based positions. You will partner with HR Generalists (HRG’s), external outsourcing partner, hiring managers, candidates and agencies driving and building upon relationships resulting in the achievement of business objectives (e.g. time to fill metrics, quality of hire, manager satisfaction, successful partnership of outsourcing vendor). As part of the Talent Management team, you will help implement an overall talent management strategy focused on attracting, developing talent and specifically tailored to the sales organization as your key client group.
