Outside of the defined outsourcing relationship, you will manage full lifecycle recruitment for field based positions. You will partner with HR Generalists (HRG’s), external outsourcing partner, hiring managers, candidates and agencies driving and building upon relationships resulting in the achievement of business objectives (e.g. time to fill metrics, quality of hire, manager satisfaction, successful partnership of outsourcing vendor).
