Position Overview

The position of Technical Trainer is responsible for developing, maintaining and delivering technical courses on Fair Isaac's most complex software and products. This position works closely with product management, Software Developers, Engineers, documentation and quality assurance to develop technical courses that are educational and effective for clients, internal employees and partners.

Delivery activities require teaching Fair Isaac software courses domestically and globally, securing all physical resources, coordinating travel plans with implementation team and client.

The position is responsible for the management of one's own work such as classroom setup, network and computer setup, troubleshooting and interactions with client management.

Post delivery responsibilities include completing detailed trip reports, notification of client issues to correct individuals within the organization.


Minimum Requirements

Requires technical skill and familiarity with Windows or other PC O/S and UNIX platforms, PCs and PC based tools, client/server applications, networking, relational databases such as Oracle and Microsoft Office products.
